Exchange Policy

At Shalo Outfit, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review our exchange and refund policy:

  • Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or if there was a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Size Exchanges: If you need a different size of the same design, please contact us through our hotline at 077 374 8300 on the same day you receive your parcel. After 24 hours, we do not accept any return requests. Please note, exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size—no exchanges for different items are permitted.
  • Return Requirements: The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Return Process: To initiate an exchange, the customer must send the item(s) back to us using a reliable courier service. The courier charges for returning the item(s) will be borne by the customer.
  • Exchange Options: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the size exchange as requested. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the rare event that the item you wish to exchange is out of stock and cannot be exchanged for another size. In such cases:

  • Refund Process: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow seven business days for the refund to process and reflect in your account.

Important Notes

No Refunds on Exchanges: Once a size exchange has been processed, no further refunds or exchanges will be available.
